End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Guchly Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Ada — the AI receptionist platform, including its web dashboard, mobile app, and connected messaging integrations — for your business's internal use.

This license is subject to compliance with this EULA, your subscription plan, and applicable laws.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer or decompile the Service, modify or create derivative works based on it, resell or sublicense access to it, use it unlawfully or to impersonate a business you do not represent, circumvent security or rate-limiting measures, or access the Service through unauthorized automated means.

3. Business and Customer Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to configure Ada, including your service catalog, pricing, business hours, and staff information.

You grant Guchly Studio permission to host, process, and transmit this content, along with customer messages and appointment data received through connected channels, solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service on your behalf.

4. AI-Generated Responses

Ada uses AI to generate responses to customer messages based on the information you provide.

Generated responses may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration and periodically checking conversation history to ensure Ada represents your business as intended.

5. Updates

We may release updates, patches, fixes, or improvements to the Service at any time.

Some updates may be required to continue using the Service without interruption.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Google, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI model providers used to power Ada's responses.

Your use of these connected channels may also be subject to their own separate terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guchly Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guchly Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost bookings or lost revenue — arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA or if your subscription is cancelled or lapses.

Upon termination, your access to the Service, including connected messaging channels, will be disabled.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye.
