End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Guchly Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Diarya for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license is subject to compliance with this EULA and applicable laws.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer or decompile the application, modify or create derivative works, resell or sublicense the application, use the application unlawfully, circumvent security measures, or access the Service through unauthorized automated means.

3. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create within Diarya.

You grant Guchly Studio permission to host, process, and transmit such content solely for the operation of the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated outputs are provided for creative and personal use.

Generated outputs may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for every purpose.

Users are responsible for reviewing any generated content before relying on or sharing it.

5. Updates

We may release updates, patches, fixes, or improvements.

Some updates may be required to continue using the application.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may integrate with third-party platforms and providers including Apple, Google, OpenAI, AWS, Supabase, and RevenueCat.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guchly Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guchly Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA.

Upon termination, you must stop using the application and remove all copies from your devices.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye.
