Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register, and that business must be lawfully operating.

By using Ada, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

To access the Service, you must create a business account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account (including staff you grant access to), and providing accurate business information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

Ada is offered through paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through your account settings.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Business and Customer Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to configure Ada, including your service catalog, pricing, hours, and staff information, as well as the customer conversations and appointment data generated through your use of the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Guchly Studio a limited license to process and store this content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for your compliance with applicable consumer-protection and messaging regulations in how you use Ada with your customers.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Ada to send unsolicited marketing messages in violation of applicable law or the policies of the connected messaging platforms, harass or deceive customers, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, scrape or automate unauthorized access to the Service, abuse the AI systems powering Ada, impersonate another business, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent account termination, including disconnection of your messaging channels.

6. AI Features and Disclaimer

Ada uses AI to answer customer messages, book appointments, and request reviews on your behalf, based on the information and configuration you provide.

AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unintended results. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration and conversation history to ensure Ada represents your business accurately.

Ada is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or emergency advice, and nothing it generates should be treated as such.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ada platform, branding, software, design, and related intellectual property are owned by Guchly Studio.

Except where explicitly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of your own business data and customer content.

8. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, and third-party messaging platforms Ada connects to (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook) may also change or restrict their own APIs without our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guchly Studio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost bookings or revenue, service interruptions, AI-generated inaccuracies, or unauthorized access to accounts.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Türkiye.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
