Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address, username, and authentication provider information (Apple, Google, or email/password login).

User Content: When using Diarya, you may provide journal entries, voice-to-text journal input, AI-generated images, and user prompts and interactions necessary to generate content. Journal content is stored using encrypted infrastructure and security practices designed to help protect user data.

Technical Information: We may automatically collect certain technical information, including device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, analytics data, and usage information.

Subscription Information: Subscription status and purchase-related information may be processed through third-party billing providers such as RevenueCat and Apple. We do not directly store full payment card information.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, generate AI-powered content, improve app performance and reliability, monitor crashes and technical issues, process subscriptions and purchases, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse and unauthorized activity.

4. AI Features

Diarya includes AI-powered functionality that can generate images and other creative outputs based on user-provided content.

To provide these features, certain user inputs may be securely processed through third-party AI infrastructure providers.

We do not use private journal entries to train our own public AI models.

AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. Users are responsible for reviewing and using generated content at their own discretion.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers to operate parts of the Service, including OpenAI, Supabase, Amazon Web Services (AWS), RevenueCat, Apple, and Google.

These providers may process limited information only as necessary to provide their respective services.

6. Data Storage and Security

User data may be processed or stored in regions including Asia and Europe.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Account Deletion and Data Rights

Users may delete their accounts directly from within the application.

When an account is deleted, associated personal data and journal content are removed from active systems within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Diarya is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
